Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All credit purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable in all cases — whether used or unused, including bonus credits from offers, referral rewards and welcome credits.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or reversed after they are added.
• Please check the amount, GST and the number of credits shown at checkout before you pay.

Credits you buy or receive stay in your account with no expiry date, so you can use them whenever you like.

• There is no subscription to cancel and no automatic renewal.
• A payment can be abandoned at checkout before it is completed — you will not be charged.
• Once a payment is completed and the credits are added, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
• You can stop using the service or close your account at any time; remaining credits are not refunded.

• When you press Generate, the credits for the video are reserved.
• You are charged only for scene clips that are actually rendered. Credits for clips that fail, or that are reused from an earlier render, are returned to your credit balance automatically (not to your bank account).
• Every charge and return is shown in Credits → Credit history and Cost explorer.

If money is deducted from your account but the payment does not complete (for example a bank or network failure), no purchase has taken place: the credits are added automatically if Razorpay confirms the payment, otherwise the amount is reversed to your original payment method by your bank / Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days. If credits do not appear, email info@almondai.com with your Razorpay payment ID.
