AlmondAI is an online tool that uses artificial intelligence to plan, generate and assemble short videos (story videos, brand promos and product ads) from text and images you provide. Features and AI models may change over time.

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account.
• One person or business per account; accounts may not be shared or resold.

Video generation uses prepaid credits bought in Indian Rupees through Razorpay. Prices, GST and offers are described in our Pricing Policy; cancellations in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. All credit purchases are final: credits are non-refundable in all cases, never expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

• You keep ownership of the text, images, logos and music you upload, and of the videos generated for you.
• You give us a limited licence to store and process your content only to provide the service to you.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including logos, trademarks, product images and any people shown.

You must not use AlmondAI to create content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, misleading (including deceptive advertising or impersonation of real people or brands without permission), or that infringes others' rights. We may refuse prompts, remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI output can be imperfect or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing videos before you publish or use them, including for accuracy of product claims and compliance with advertising laws.

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms; remaining credits are not refunded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
