Shipping & Delivery Policy

Credits are added to your account instantly after a successful payment — usually within a few seconds, and no later than 30 minutes after Razorpay confirms the payment. Your balance is shown in the app and under Credits.

Videos are generated online and delivered inside your account, usually within a few minutes of pressing Generate. Finished videos can be played and downloaded from the project's Export page.

There are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved. The service is available wherever the website can be accessed.

If credits do not appear after a successful payment, or a video does not finish, please email info@almondai.comwith your registered email and payment ID (if any). See also our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
