Privacy Policy

• Account data: name, email address, and a securely hashed password — or your basic Google profile (name, email) if you sign in with Google.
• Content you provide: story and script text, brand and product names, logos, product and reference images, and music you upload.
• Generated content: the scenes, images, voiceovers and videos created for your projects.
• Billing data: credit balance, credit history, and payment records (amount, GST, status, Razorpay order and payment IDs). Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never stored by us.
• Technical data: sign-in session cookies, IP address and basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

• To provide the service: plan scenes, generate images, voiceovers and videos, and store your projects.
• To manage your account, credits, purchases, invoices and referral rewards.
• To provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the service secure.
• To send service messages (for example payment confirmations). We do not sell your personal data.

Only as needed to run AlmondAI:

• Google Cloud / Firebase — hosting and sign-in.
• Google Gemini and LTX — AI generation of scene plans, images, voice and video from your prompts and images.
• Cloudflare R2 — storage of your images and videos; Neon — database.
• Razorpay — payment processing.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep your account and projects while your account is active. You can delete projects at any time. To delete your account and personal data, email info@almondai.com; we will do so within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example payment and tax records).

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and files are stored privately and shared only through short-lived links. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

You may access, correct or delete your personal data and withdraw consent by contacting info@almondai.com. This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

AlmondAI is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
